If you received this email (above), what you should do is keep calm and simple.
First thing thing, you should read the email message carefully. What are the key points that you have to be ready to address and clarify. As mentioned in the email from Amazon, there are 2 main issues. Based on our own experience, the first thing to update is the disclaimer statement. Make sure you follow the statement from Amazon, not more than that. If you’re adding messages that encourage readers or visitors to support your work by clicking or ordering through your links, you’ll get this kind of warning.
The second is point is less under your control since another website publisher used your Amazon Affiliate tracking code for linking. However, you can still contact the site publisher to remove it from their site.
After addressing these issues, you should promptly respond to Amazon (as stated within 5 days).
After doing everything necessary to respond to the issues sent from the Amazon.com, here’s the message:
Thank you for your prompt response to our request for information. We appreciate your cooperation.
If we have any further questions or concerns, we will contact you again by email. Thank you for your continued participation in the Associates Program.
